Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping over $90 - Currently only shipping within Australia 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. YUPERFORM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
